3. Service Limitations and Client Responsibilities
•Pre-Cleaning Preparation: Encourage clients to declutter surfaces , and clear floors of personal items before the cleaning appointment. This preparation allows for a more thorough and efficient cleaning process.
• Pet Policies: All clients must inform us about any pets in the home, including their number and temperament. Depending on the situation, clients may need to secure pets during the cleaning to ensure the safety and comfort of both the animals and cleaning staff.
• High-Risk Areas and Items: Specify any areas or items that staff will not clean due to safety concerns or the need for specialized equipment, such as high ceilings, biohazards, or delicate antiques.
4. Employee Conduct and Client Interaction
• Professional Behavior: Our staff will maintain professionalism, including refraining from smoking or eating on the client’s property.
• Communication: WE Encourage open communication between clients and DUST,SPARKLE & SHINE staff. If a client has specific preferences or feedback, they should feel comfortable discussing them to ensure satisfaction.
5. Liability and Breakage Policies
• Accidents and Breakages: Acknowledge that while care is taken, accidents can happen. Our policy is addressing any damage or breakage that may occur during the cleaning, including how clients should report incidents and the steps the company will take to resolve them. (Contact Management)
• Insurance Coverage: which protects both parties in the event of accidents or damages during the cleaning service.
6. Weather-Related Policies
• Inclement Weather: This may include rescheduling services without penalty when safety is a concern.
